As CFO at Interdiligence, he plays a key role in overseeing the company’s financial growth, ensuring alignment with client value creation through continuous service innovation and operational efficiency. He also oversees business strategy, financial forensic services, and financial modeling to enhance expertise and provide innovative solutions tailored to client needs.

Tiberiu has a proven track record in equity investment analysis, having worked across sectors such as media, real estate, automotive, and industrial production. His experience spans the Romanian and Central and Eastern European markets, where he has supported investment deals through detailed financial modeling, analysis, and presentations for investment committees.

Before joining Interdiligence, Tiberiu was a key player at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), conducting comprehensive financial analyses, performing due diligence, and advising on high-profile transactions across various sectors, including IT, retail, and financial services. He has also led audit procedures, addressing complex financial and accounting issues while building strong client relationships.

Tiberiu holds an MBA in International Business Management from Shanghai International Studies University, a BSc in Economics with a focus on International Economic Relations from the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies, and is an alumnus of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
