Charles Vernon is the co-founder and General Counsel of Interdiligence, as well as the leader of his legal practice, Vernon I David & Associates.
With a robust background in mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, and real estate, Charles is a trusted legal advisor to major clients across sectors such as oil, retail, port operations, and telecommunications.
Specializing in compliance, fraud investigations, and employee malfeasance, including Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) violations, Charles leverages his expertise to guide organizations through complex legal and regulatory challenges. As a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP-I), he has a particular focus on compliance matters, ensuring organizations maintain rigorous ethical standards while mitigating legal risks.
Charles is known for his strategic legal insights and ability to provide actionable advice that safeguards business interests while supporting growth. His leadership at Interdiligence ensures clients benefit from a holistic approach to legal risk management, combining legal acumen with a deep understanding of business operations.
He holds a J.D. from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, and an M.A. (Honours) from St. Andrews University in Scotland, complementing his legal expertise with a strong academic foundation.
