Junior Data Analyst – Strategic Management & Risk Solutions

About the role:

Interdiligence is seeking a Junior Data Analyst to support our Strategic Management and Risk Solutions teams in delivering data-driven insights and actionable intelligence. In this role, you will analyze complex datasets, identify key trends, and contribute to high-impact business solutions for clients across multiple industries. Your work will play a crucial role in supporting strategic decision-making, risk assessment, and market analysis.

Key responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data to support strategic and risk management projects.
  • Identify trends, correlations, and anomalies within datasets to extract meaningful business insights.
  • Support the development of reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate findings to internal teams and clients.
  • Assist in market analysis, risk assessment, and competitive intelligence research using data-driven methodologies.
  • Work with senior analysts to refine data models and visualization tools for better decision support.
  • Contribute to process improvements in data collection, management, and reporting workflows.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, analytical tools, and emerging technologies to enhance analytical capabilities.

What we’re looking for:

  • A degree in Data Science, Economics, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or market research (internship experience is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, or similar).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets.
  • Basic understanding of risk assessment, market research, and business strategy.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings in a structured and concise manner.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Python, R, or other data analysis languages is an advantage.
